"Here is the thing I am a regular customer at this store and have never had no problem, I understand it’s a new store and there’s still building customer relationship, But me showing them three products that I purchased at the same time and showing them purchase of proof, and that the product came defective and wanted me to get some type of discount on a new purchase because of a defective product, Makes me not want to come back again, Few months ago OK there was only a few smoke shops around nowadays. I am looking for a store that I can trust. Sorry but it is not definitely this store!"
