Store is clean and overall everyone has a great and welcoming attitude. I'm so bad with names, but def want to recognize the nice staff here, anytime of day. Also they stock my favorite cigars, Ligas t52, you know which ones !"
"Great store, always clean and stocked! Friendly people and good service. They were restocking a lot of stuff when we went and it was a pain to walk around. Since they were busy I had to hunt someone down for help for the top shelf.... perils of being short!"
"Where should I even begin? I went in today to pick up a Vault order (mind you, I am a Gold status member) and was disgustingly appalled by the service of this ABC. So much so that I will never step foot in here again. The cashier behind the counter was awfully rude. Gave me an immensely hard time picking up my order, although I have done this 100x before. When speaking to her, she would not even look me in the face and would doodle on a piece of paper. When I asked for the manager, she claimed to be the manager, which is shocking that someone with such poor customer service skills and a lack of knowledge would be a manager. She raised her voice at me several times when I was just giving her my name and showing her my order confirmation, who does that?! Needless to say, I am thankful for a gentleman who was nearby (I can't remember his name, but he had dreads) who was kind enough to step in and assist (make HIM the manager). He spoke to several people on the phone before my bottle was finally released. This is such a horrible and disgusting encounter with staff at this business that I am shocked this lady is still employed. Do better, ABC, do BETTER."
