"Went to buy a bottle of Sazerac Rye, 750 ml bottle, on the advise of Sazerac marketing. I got to Riverdale Liquor and they had each bottle priced at $99.99. I asked if that was the correct price and was told "yes, because it's hard to get". Per Sazerac, the retail price should be $29.99. I understand the concept of supply and demand, but this is outrageous and a total ripoff. I try to buy from the small guy, but I will go to Total Wine and pay $34. Riverdale Liquor just lost a customer forever."
"I was just in there looking to get some Hennessy XO. The cashier clearly values the phone more than his customers. We sat there for about 8-10 minutes WAITING for him to get off the phone so he could assist us with getting us the bevarage because it's only behind the counter and he didn't care to help us. He just stayed on the phone. So we left and went to another liquor store. Poor... customer... service."
