"Every time I come into this location on my way to work I’ve had nothing but friendly employees assisting me. Normally I’m in and out for a quick coffee refill but this is by far my favorite 7-11 I’ve been to and will go out of my way to make my pit stops here."

"Filthiest bathroom I have seen in years. The sink is stained with dirt, the wall beneath the soap is solid brown to the floor. They should be ashamed to let people into this room. So I need to go in there and give it a good scrubbing. Obviously no one has for a very long time."

"It would be really nice to inform the customers before you went through the trouble of going inside to pay for gas to going outside trying to pump gas having to go back inside to say hey, it doesn’t work to going back outside to pump a $1 worth of gas to go back inside for a refund and wasting the customers time. when I asked him about it, they said there’s nothing we can do. We’ve already called about it you can go somewhere else.. The cashier that was on duty has given me the wrong changed twice today. When I asked for a refund she tried to refund the entire transaction with it, which would cause a loss for the company it was a few dollars but still get it together 7-Eleven."

"I'm a bartender I often work late it's very hard to find good food when you're getting off work at 5:00 a.m. however I have been able to find an amazing egg bowl at Laredo Taco at this location in palmetto. That being said. 90% of the time when I go there there's two amazing Latina women that have everything ready to go hot fresh and it's delicious at 5:00 a.m. Today however I got off a little late I got there at 5:45am as I showed up none of the proteins are ready for the rice and or egg bowls and myself and another customer had to wait till past 6:00 a.m. to either have the option of chicken or steak.... This is not a problem I ever experienced with the two Latinas i normally see there. I was there on a occasion prior for the same woman was working and the steak was so overcooked it was barely edible... After questioning the staff I found out this woman was the manager of the Laredo taco. I'm not saying she's a bad person or needs to be fired all I'm saying is that at the end of the day she might be able to take some lessons for the two wonderful Latina Cooks who make amazing food there. When they are there this place has five stars all day when the manager is there I can barely give it one. I think she has gota lot to learn from her staff they kill it... Be, but only one night my beautiful Latina ladies with those wonderful smiles are theret egg bowl ever!!!!! I will return but only on the nights those wonderful Latinas are there making that amazing food!!! Hope this can help."
