"I moved from Clearwater 2 year's ago to Bradenton and the service was so bad I switched to Walmart Pharmacy, then I moved to palmetto and I have to use cvs for otc , the woman that worked the register should be fired , I will never go to cvs again."

"Went there for the flu vaccine. They said they were out of the extra strength vaccine for seniors. I said I have a rare crippling disease, ataxia, and wanted the normal strength as my body reacts as strongly to the flu vaccine as to the flu. The druggist passed the message that he wouldn't do it and did not even come out to talk to us himself. I came home to read that either vaccine would have been acceptable. I think he just didn't want to be bothered."

"Apparently the self checkout is promoted highly at the CVS store as there was a clerk assisting someone to use the self. Checkout. I went to the South checkout and instead of apply coupon which you don't get the coupon until you check out. So how can you apply the coupon before you check out? That makes no sense to me.. After the clerk assist of the other lady, I click the button that I wanted assistance. And she just walked away.... It will be a long time before I go back in this CVS"

"Waited two hours as the pharmacist did not show and waited for another said our 10 am is first up so at 10:45 when pharmacist arrived we waited another 1:45 !! Only to learn that our insurance was not going through and da ya think after I made eye contact with everyone dozens of times that standing the entire time in front of vaccination booth they would tell me an issue with our insurance anyway I told them they are incompetent why the heck didn’t they ask for me to correct the problem went to Walmart and in and out in 25 min also everyone was very defensive at CVS like I was the bad guy so my wife and I will never use this store"

"I appreciate this CVS location for having my script ready same-day. My usual pharmacy was unable to fill a script I had called in by a telehealth provider because it wasn't "one of their providers." So I called CVS in Palmetto, the pharmacist said "No problem, it will take up to 24 hours to transfer." 3 hours later, it was ready! So glad I didn't have to wait until the next day to start my antibiotics after being sick for a week straight! Thank you so much."
