"As a former contractor, I am very wary of hiring other GC's because I've seen what some companies can and do get away with. I wanted someone who was quick to respond, kept a clean workspace, is flexible with clients and offers a straightforward contract. I got all of the above. Austin and team earned my trust and nailed the kitchen remodel. Every construction job will have blemishes at first. You want someone that will quickly acknowledge and fix the problem without argument, and that's exactly what I got from EastSide. Their were very few mistakes/adjustments needed, but I was impressed with how every punch item was handled. No excuses, no BS. Brett managed the project and consistently visited the property, sometimes even stepping in to keep things moving and on time. Andy, Aaron and Blake are very personable and hard working guys. They were always communicative and paid close attention to detail from tear down to finishing touches. Daniel and Mikey did an amazing job on the floor (and Daniel completed the backplash with extreme precision.) It's gorgeous and already getting compliments. All in all, tremendous work. "My 29 year old master bath was showing it’s age and in desperate need of remodeling. From the very beginning when I first contacted Austin, the owner, my experience has been excellent. Austin responded immediately to my inquiry and set up a date and time to come by to give me an estimate on the work needed. He was very courteous, professional and definitely knew his stuff. He provided a very detailed estimate, including what materials I needed to provide to start the job. When the actual remodeling began, 3 of Austin’s team; Allan (crew leader), Daniel and Mike, got right to work. From the beginning, they were very careful to cover any and all furniture and flooring nearest to the bathroom with plastic to ensure no dust or dirt accumulated. After each day, they would clean up all work areas and let me know the status of the job. Whenever there was a question as to what i needed done, they would always ask to ensure it was being done to my specifications. The finished remodeling of my master bathroom was beyond my expectations. It is just incredible how beautiful it looks. The guys did an outstanding job. I have to add, that when I first found Eastside Kitchen and Bath online, I was struck (and somewhat intimidated) by the large size of the jobs Austin and his team have done over the past 4-5 years. My master bath, while a major job to me, was tiny in comparison to the large rooms they have remodeled. However, I need not have worried because, from start to finish, Austin and his team treated my small master bath as if it were a very large mansion. I cannot say enough good things about Eastside Kitchen and bath. The quality of work, the professionalism and efficiency were all stellar. What’s more, the price was well within the cost you would expect to pay for any major renovation and remodel. I recommend them highly for any and all remodeling services you may need.
