"Drove 40min from one location to the other because they didn’t have the item I needed. Came at 9:00 just to grab one thing and there were so many people still in the store and she wouldn’t let me grab one thing. I explained I already knew what I wanted and that she could grab it for me if that’s faster and check me out. There was a line at the check out I guess they don’t want the business. What kind of costumer service is that?! Such a simple thing for me to make this such a bad experience. I won’t be coming back and will take my business somewhere else."

"Today I had one of the worst experiences I have had in recent memory. I was unfairly treated by one of the cashiers working at the store, a blond older man. she asked for my ID when I was paying, and she didn't ask the costumer before me. She was rude until I pressed her on why she was doing this, and then she became defensive. I suspect racism was a factor here. Please take your business elsewhere where they treat their costumers with equal respect."
"Absolutely ridiculous that Michael’s now seems to have a policy that they can’t exchange products, but can only do a return- for a lower amount than the customer paid. I tried to exchange a frame to go 2 inches smaller, and lost $8 just because. This will absolutely limit my future purchases w/ this company."
"Love this store. I'm a huge crafter. Made spooky jars for fall. Cheaper than buying dollar tree items. Jars $1.09 tacky glue and baking soda mix makes a great fake wax look. Paint .98 also used some household items for different textures paper towel pieces and tissue paper. Made 5 jars under $10. After coupons."
