"Known about this little gem for a while. Saw the gem every time I go past it and I always want to stop. About a week ago went in with my a family member visiting and loved it. Kelly behind the counter really truly knows her stuff. I love the crazy Alice cigar. This is a must go place if you want to have a nice relaxing smoke. Bartender is great. Great atmosphere. Relaxing and takes your mind else where . Good selection of cigars."

"Not sure how to rate them. Personally I only smoke ACID Candela and they don’t carry them anymore. But if you are a regular cigar smoker, they have everything you need and a lounge to go with it. My rating is based on my unavailability of my product."

"I've been buying my cigars at lowball Louis for a few years. My complaint is the manager at the 27/441 location. On more than just a few occasions I was treated with disrespect as a customer. Today's incident was I was getting several 4 bundles of cigars off the shelf which I buy every 2 weeks and a small box of cigars fell on the opposit side. I walked around to pick them up and the manager came to bad mouth me saying how it was my fault they fell and blah blah blah. Like I said, this isn't the first time she has spoken in this tone and manner. I put my three bundles back ,and I won't be back. I patronage this store at $150. Every 2 weeks, I don't expect to be treated badly by this employee. I owned three Companies over 50 years and would not of ever allowed an employee to disrespect any of my customers under any circumstance."
