"Perfect experience finding a rare Gin that is difficult to come by. Called and they were out as this Gin sells out as quickly as it comes in. Was told they were expecting an order the next day and that they would call me as soon as it came in. Today, not only did they call me but put 2 aside for me until I could get there this afternoon. Store is amazing and they are starting wine tastings soon. Super happy with my experience!"

"Absolutely frustrated with this company, my family will never use them again! I ordered a Ruffino Chianti Classico Riserva to be delivered as a father's day present. The first issue we had is that the shipment was held at another city due to an incomplete adress which was the companys fault as they did not include the apartment number I provided . So I called customer service to resolve the issue, at which point I thought it was resolved because they called FedEx to update the address. At this point the package was already a few days late. So I waited over the weekend since FedEx would need time to update their system. Then two days later, FedEx says the package is on hold at a facility in another city. I called FedEx and they claimed to have made delivery attempts but my parents were at home the whole time and no one came. There was no recording on the ring camera. I talked to FedEx but they could do nothing to resolve the issues. I will not make my dad drive to another city to pick up his present and no I don't have any other family there. I live in a different state. In part the blame is with the shipping and I understand that but when I called wineonlinederlivery I thought they would at least have some compassion and good customer service. But no, they claimed they couldn't do anything and when I asked for a refund, they said I would have to pay shipping double for the wine to come back or to be redelivered. What kind of customer service is that?! They did not even apologize for the shipping issues! As the company they need to do better because they have lost a good customer. I'm an avid wine collector and I would've bought a lot from them if they had provided good customer service. And the whole issue started with them not including the apartment number in the first place!!!! Horrible management!"

"I saw this company had the exact bottle I wanted for a special birthday gift, at a good price with free delivery. I was concerned by some of the reviews, so I called and spoke with James. He answered my questions, and I saw the company did follow up on Google and on the BBB website. I am glad I chose to order from Wineonlinedelivery.com. James followed up by phone to let me know my bottle was shipped early. It came securely packaged and in perfect condition, and delivery was free as advertised. I will be ordering from this company again."

"This is the worst shopping experience I have ever experienced. First, I bought 9 bottles of wine and only gave me 6 bottles. Then I called customer service to no avail. In desperation, I received three more bottles of wine through bank negotiations. When the bank froze the money for three bottles of wine, it involved business interests and took the initiative to call me. I hope you can continue to maintain this abominable way of doing business. Not only do business once, I will never patronize a company without integrity!"

"Very disappointed. They charge almost twice the average retail price. The come on is you get free delivery. Well that math works in their favor, not yours....especially when they send the bottles by ground. And because they couldnt source a bottle they'd advertised, it took 2 weeks to get my order. Of course my creditcard was charged the day i placed the order. Go elsewhere."
