"Me and my buddy stopped by at 8:15 on Memorial day after a nice morning ride. The store was not scheduled to open until 10 with it being a holiday. The owner was in to do some ordering he was leaving as we showed. After a quick conversation, he opened the store early to allow us to sit and smoke a cigar. Went in to purchase a lighter, was told it’s $10.00 went to pay, the receipt says I paid $10.00 BUT he charged my disabled husband $13.00 instead.
