"These storage units were very clean, the staff (Jackie) was always very helpful and nice. They send out emails in advance to remind you of your up coming rental payment so you don’t forget about it. You have secured access to your unit at all times and can be reassured that your belongings are safe. If we ever need to store anything again we would definitely use them!"

"I was made aware of this facility because my one way U-Haul rental from S. Florida had this as a drop off location. I think I got a free first month but I didn't have the need - but would def be OK with using them for a long term facility as its very secure and prices seemed very fair for a small town market. First off I have to say that the customer service of the store manager there "Jackie" was beyond 5 star. I was coming into town on a Friday evening and they closed at 4PM ( i was getting in at 4:45) so I called ahead and Jackie was beyond accommodating & friendly- she even created a gate code for me to enter after hours (secure facility) so I could drop the equipment off and not be charged more time due to the facility hours of operation. Additionally- the next day (which was late on a weekend) I realized that I had left my SUN-PASS stuck to the window of the truck i had already checked back in- I called and left a message for the store manager hoping the truck had not yet left the facility - Jackie called me back and said she had the pass and I could come pick it up any time. Great customer service makes sometimes difficult transitions in life ....a tiny bit easier - Thanks Jackie!!"
