"Ordered 6 bottles of vodka on 9/18/23. Got a confirmation email of my order. Today is 10/12/23 and still have not received. I have emailed support and called and left messages. No response at all. I would have been a regular customer because no one sells this locally. Big loss to them!"

"I received 2 bottles of whiskey today. But there was no box, there were only 2 bottles in the box. Their website still shows the box as being there. I bought these whiskey for long term storage. I may pass these on to my son. But without the original box, it means nothing to me. I immediately sent an email and is waiting for their response. I don't know what they will do, but I will update after their work is done. [UPDATE] I requested to send the original boxes and they immediately sent them. You should ask them the box before placing orders."
"Manager Lisa was very helpful. The person Mercedes I spoke to via customer support email was worse than useless. I would be happy to use them again so long as I, nor anyone else, don't have to deal with Mercedes again. However, the website needs to clearly reflect what is and is not in stock as it does not do so. I was still under the impression that I was ordering something in stock and after their 3-5 day processing it would be delivered within 2 days as I purchased the 2 day shipping extra. If something had indicated that it was out of stock and had to be special ordered, I would be more understanding of the situation."
