Condo owners take advantage of "Condo Season" between May 1 and October 31 for remodeling projects. Summer and Fall are popular times for home and condo renovations in Florida. To ensure your project is completed in time, it's best to start planning and designing between September and February.

"You don't always get what you pay for, but with NK&B you do! There is no doubt that NK&B was the most expensive option for our recent major renovation project (including the relocation of our kitchen), but we went with them because we felt confident that they would do a great job without us being around during the project. We appreciated that they are a one-stop-shop, and we were able to work directly with them for all the details of our project. The renovation came out great! Everything wrapped up almost 2 months early (unheard-of nowadays!), and due to great planning by our design consultant (Barbara) we only went 1% over the budgeted amount. Barbara was a pleasure to work with, and she provided excellent guidance and feedback during the design phase. The Construction Manager, Steve, did a great job at keeping things moving along throughout the project. He worked with us to quickly address any questions/issues that came up along the way. NK&B continues to be extremely responsive for a couple of minor issues that arose after we made our final payment for the project. The Service and Warranty Manager, Ken, makes sure that any issues are addressed in a timely manner."
"Don't bother with these guys, we had a small kitchen and bath remodel with downstairs flooring and they quoted $350,000 roughly 250% above the other 3 quotes we received. They are using the brand name of being Naples to their bid advantage servicing places in Port Royal and high end homes."
