"Came to buy 3 high end toilets plus bidet. Greeted after a few minutes by saleswoman who told us she has an appointment coming in. She was disappointed we weren't them. I asked questions about products. She left and never came back. We were ignored by other sales people. Will never return despite having numerous remodel projects planned."

"I am custom building 5200 sq ft home in Naples and needed to work with a designer for everything in the home. I tried to explain to the designer at Hills Showcase that I am selecting everything first and house will be built around my selections. When I tried to explain my master shower, the designer kept cutting me off saying I would need a 3/4 valve. She said she wouldn’t talk with me until I called the builder first. I kept trying to explain the builder is having me select the items first and is building the house around my choices. She was extremely rude. I hope she works on commission. I am laughing that she couldn’t realize how big of an order I was looking to place."
