"Be Wary of Stale Candy! At the register the Coconut Cashew Brittle tins stacked high and marked down caught my eye so I bought a couple. They are so stale they are inedible, I mean spit it out in the sink rank. I called the store (I live over an hour away) and was told food is never refundable. The issue is beyond the money: WHY is a store of this caliber selling old, inedible candy to begin with? I trusted this brand but not anymore."
"I've spent thousands of dollars with this retailer over the years, in MI and FL, and when their own brand of cookware fails (inside of a year), they offer ZERO customer service. Best to buy online direct from All-Clad or other Manufacturers they represent than shop at this retailer's stores. Can you tell I'm fed up with them? p.s. I'm throwing the pot in the trash and have purchased All-Clad online after giving them 2 chances to correct the problem."
"Great products but you pay for them. The best bakewear you can buy is found here. The gold non- stick stuff is crazy good. Love the selection of unique items. If you have the money to spend its a great place to spend it."
