"We are extremely happy and grateful for a new kitchen, laundry room, pantry, master closet and master bedroom cabinets. Our home was flooded during hurricane Ian and everything that was built it had to be replaced. I asked them to expedite the kitchen since we wanted to move back to the house asap. He delivered. The custom cabinets were manufactured and delivered to Naples within 4 weeks. It took a little longer for the countertops to be manufactured and installed. We love the look of wood (faux) and white quartz together. we loved working with designer Zorica and installers Mario and Jared. All very professional and talented. Thank you Abbot Hill!"

"I've held off writing this review because we did like working with Veronica and Peter during the design phase. However, it fell short upon the final product and installation. First, the cabinets were not built the way we discussed and supposedly designed in terms of height. However, they looked fine upon installation, so we accepted it. That said, when it came to installing the lights in the cabinetry, the builders never created a hollowed out area for the lights to be installed so we had to jerry-rig something for the lights to be installed. When it came time to install the stacked stone in the center of the cabinetry, the installer, who did a great job, literally was down to the last piece of stone to complete the project. If he didn't have enough, we would have to wait 2 months for the stone to come in. Why would you not have enough material (that was our second choice by the way because our first choice we chose in the showroom was no longer available) to complete a project? The worst part of the project was dealing with the electrician and his workers who spoke no English so you could not communicate any concerns nor could they ask you questions. In addition to having to run out to get longer wires for the TV to snake behind the wall (I was told that was my responsibility by the electrician as opposed to his guys telling me what I needed after they drilled all the holes in the wall. Didn't realize I was supposed to measure everything. What a joke). But the best part is that the workers for the electricians simply covered the cabinetry with plastic paper instead of something thicker so as a result there are nicks in the new cabinetry that you need a professional to repair; not just using the colored "pen" the manufacturer provided. I'm now waiting 2 months for a furniture repairer and that is why I have lost patience and wrote this review. I'm tired of spending thousands of dollars with contractors (did a major remodel with a different contractor several years ago) and everyone is all smiles in the showroom but when it comes to execution and making sure the customer is pleased, it's a whole different ballgame."
