"I purchased a groupon for a facial treatment and I called to make my appointment. The morning of my appt they texted me to cancel, I was unhappy but ok things happen. I scheduled another appt, an hour before my appt they texted to cancel, now I'm really unhappy after I was already on my way there. Ok I will give them one my chance, I schedule another appt. I'm at the location in the waiting room, half hour after my scheduled appt time a lady comes to tell me that the esthetician did not come in today. This was my third time trying to have my facial appt! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this place. I do not recommend and will never go back. I reached out to groupon and I got my refund."

When I arrived I was greeted by Richard, he was so informative about everything from my procedure to all the silly questions I asked. "Where do I start, I love the energy and professionalism of the Dr and Staff. I told them this procedure was my mother's first time and I bribed her with dinner to get her through the door. After a good laugh they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. They don't push you for up charges. Completely respecting a person's budget. Which made it easier for me to inquire pricing to give my mother extra service. Which in turn we both enjoyed our treatments and clean environment. Dr has gentle hands and explains everything to you. The gentleman and Dr assistant were warm and thoughtful. Which I plan on coming back and bringing friends."
