"Speaking from our first experience at this establishment, we have a local tree service and our bucket truck blew a tire on 75. Usually we use Callahan but my husband just took off one of the back dually tires to move up front and made it to the closest place. These are heavy duty tires and are not cheap. First thing is the staff was extremely rude to Jacob (husband). Then after having no other choice he agreed to get the overpriced tire. Jacob asked them if they would put the tire back on that was moved to the front , and never had I been told it cost 40 more dollars just to move back 1 tire while already working on it. What it comes down to is, he was in a bind and felt taken advantage of, was treated rudely and will not return to this shop. Respect and integrity is not isn't a priority and unfortunately he was very disappointed to be treated disrespectfully."
