"Years ago I owned a 2004 Eclipse that was not running well. I don't remember exactly how I came to JB"s Shop, which was located out by the Coach House RV manufacturing facility. Jim had a small space. I told him what my car was doing and he promptly checked the O2 sensors. The one that was faulty was very troublesome when he tried to remove it. He explained to me that if he couldn't get it to unscrew without braking it would be expensive. So he told me he was going to spray some penetrating oil on it and wait a few minutes and try again. Well he was successful and installed the new sensor and it worked great again. I've been a faithful customer of his and have sent him several of my friends to have work done on their cars because I trust Jim and want him to succeed. I'm happy to report he has grown and I attribute that growth to him being honest and fair with customers."
