"very disappointed I've shopped here many times and the drive to help customers is not all that high with some of the employees. in particular, is the older man with the Coke bottle glasses. I've asked on two different occasions if certain items were available and was told no it's all out. his demeanor made me feel that he was lying and sure enough!!! I asked another employee and they went the extra mile to check for me so tonight was the 2nd try asking if there was more of an item he told me the same. So I asked the young lady in the front she checked on her device and went out of her way to get on the ladder and sure enough, they had a whole box of what he said they were out of!! this is ridiculous that people work at a job and do not want to help. I later found out the young lady was the store manager so I was happy about that!"

"Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Great variety, including some unique flavors, collectable containers, sets, and seasonal items. Also has some snacks for accompaniment, and useful items like pour spouts and bottle openers. Has frequent tasting events for those looking to expand their choices. Plenty of parking available and long hours."

"We were greeted by an associate named Matt. He was very knowledgeable in tequilas and bourbons and helped us narrow down our choices. We made some great selections today! We will definitely be back and he will be the first person we go to when we arrive to help us navigate through the many choices"

"Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. Store is super well organized. I asked and they knew where to take me or directed me very well. Stocking up my home bar so I appreciated the manager notes on Esmé Gin and other bottles. Can’t wait to try them."
