"I came in with a return with the original receipt. I did not have the original card as my identity was stolen and had to have the card cancelled. The worker was very rude and told me I could only get a gift card. If that’s the company policy that is fine, but she completely lacked empathy. I decided to ask for the manager and was very polite about it. The manager WAS EVEN MORE RUDE AND NASTY. She spoke on all other companies and said no other company accepts returns without the original form of payment. I had just left petco to return an item and they gave me cash no problem with the receipt without the card that I payed with. She told me no other company would do that and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I asked if there is any thing she could do as my identity was stolen and Barley had any money for gas to make it home, once again she showed no empathy and was condescending and acted almost happy to turn me down. I have included a picture of Petco giving me cash for my return. Go to petco instead they will treat you much better. I called the store to complain as well and the manager decided to harass me and continue to call my telephone number. THE MANAGERS NAME WAS SALLY. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH. HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A PET STORE!!!"

"Possibly the worst grooming experience I've ever had. We took our seven-year-old Schnauzer in for a grooming and wash, we got call 4 hours later. They had half groomed him and didn't bother to wash him. So at the end of the day they sent him home saying he was too troublesome and the groomer got stressed out. Abismal!"
