Royal Nails Spa

"Been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. Unfortunately I’ve witnessed the decline in customer service. They are vultures to their own consistent clients with upgrades. Kept hounding me to put clear nail polish on when I went for a regular mani pedi and said no thanx at least 5times…and then when I finally agreed and asked if it’s the included, she said “yes, it’s clear polish.“ she then PUTS GEL CLEAR POLISH! I’m sorry I don’t know any men that wants GEL and I didn’t know better what she was putting as I’ve never gotten GEL. Then slams me with an extra $20 charge just for that! Now the shimmering glare on my nails that keeps catching my eyes is there for idk how long. My wife can’t stop laughing so it’s probably worth $20 for her but this is the 3rd time in different up charges that this salon keeps getting one over on me. On top of the fact that she cut me a few times. Not to mention the unsanitary nail clippers and other equipment she used."

"Will not be returning. It’s unfortunate because everyone is very sweet, but it seems the quality of their products just doesn’t help give quality nails. I had to go back twice to get my nails fixed. Once 30 mins after leaving because they started peeling after poor application which is of no fault to the first tech as she was set up with the wrong tools. Told a second tech to remove all of it and just do black. 24 hours later it peeled again. I asked a third tech to fix the one nail. Instead they filed all of them down and redid it which obviously hurt bc my nails have been through it at this point. Midway through I notice the first application was shoddy so I said just take them all off. To which they said no, that it needed one more coat. Well that coat didn’t work. I am now walking away with splotchy black that you can see through with certain spots of my nails missing the color. I was told it was because of the coffin shape, but with the first round of fixing the color application was basically perfect minus the peeling that took place. At this point, I don’t feel comfortable asking them to soak it off nor do I even have time as this wasn’t in my plans of things I’d have to do. I will not be back and will be taking myself elsewhere to get them removed. I’ve decided against putting their names mostly because they are such nice people, but honestly I’d go elsewhere. Largest waste of my money. Yes they offered to do it again for free if it messes up again, but who wants to get their nails filed down for a third time?!?!"

"The new owner Tiffany is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I wrote a review to express how I feel about their work, and Tiffany continued harassing me by texting and calling my number. No I Don’t Want The Percent Off OR Any Free service you Are Offering. I sent someone over there for a pedicure and to ask for Ryan. She was told that he was busy and Kevin would do it instead. Well, first off Ryan wasn't busy. Second, Kevin did a terrible job. He didn't didn't trim the nails or clean cuticles. I’ve come there for decades because of how amazing the Nail Techs there are, especially my guy Ryan. But now Ryan is no longer there and most of the Good nail techs are also gone. I won't be going back and DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN."

"Loved Kevin’s service. He did a galaxy design on my hands. All I did was show him a picture and he made magic happen! Also loved Tom. Sweet guy. He did my feet. The staff is so friendly here. Tiffany is the new owner and always treats her clients with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
