La Mer Nail Spa West Palm Beach

"Today I made an appointment for 3pm for a pedicure a" LaMer Pedicure" the woman on the phone confirmed my type of service and appointment. When I arrived I told the woman that I'm here for my 3pm appointment to get the LaMer pedicure. She confirmed yet again and told to see the man in the back to do my pedicure. Apparently when they spoke to eachother in their language..... ish still got lost in translation. While he was doing my pedicure I asked him was he going to do the exfoliating scrub and then green tea wrap. He said," I just putting warm towels on you." That's when I stated,"but I came for a La Mer Pedicure." The worker next to him stated, "I should have told him that from the beginning. I then said, umm isn't that the whole point of making an appointment and stating what I want and then stating it again to the woman who was handling the front desk? Who then told him to do my feet."If that was the case he should have asked me if he didn't know.Just silly and foolish. Lesson learn . Won't be going the there again."

"I never get my nails done and decided to treat myself for the holidays. A friend at work told me to ask for Nexgen nails, as they are durable and less likely to damage my actual nails underneath. I went in and asked for exactly that. It seemed like the lady did an okay enough job, there were some imperfections but nothing major. After describing the experience to my coworker she said i was given normal acrylic nails with a gel polish, not the Nexgen I asked for. This is very disappointing. While I was willing to overlook some of the inconsistencies in the design and nail shape, I can't do so when I didn't even get what I asked for or paid for. I don't think I'll be returning."

"DO NOT GO HERE! Especially not if it’s your first time just dropping in as a walk in or appointment. There may be some people there that know how to do their job but the majority do not and unless you request someone specific, they shove you with some clueless person that can barely do your nails properly. My nails were done so bad because the guy did not file the acrylic nails close to my cuticles so the nails were lifting the very next day. I called two days later to schedule to get them redone and they said I could come in the following weekend. Then, I called the Saturday I was schedule to come in and the MANAGER “TJ”(pretty sure he lied about his name), he said he’d have someone ready to do my nails. I come in and he says he can’t refund me or do my nails. I had to argue with him FOR SO LONG for him to refund HALF of my money!! I tipped the men $20 to both (because I didn’t know the nails were done so poorly to unstick and LIFT off my nail) and was only refunded $60!!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! THIS PLACE SUCKS! I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN SOMEHOW! I will update this post with better nail spas so this establishment HOPEFULLY NEVER gets anymore business!!!!!!"

"Greta consistent service. I’ve been coming here for a few years now Trish gets me in and out. Takes about 2 hours to get my hands and feet done. Anne is amazing! She is very detailed and keeps my feet healthy and cute. The salon is spacious. Seats are comfortable and they have nice variety of colors available Open every day except Sunday"

"Between Trish and Danny I am always well taken care of here. They are extremely clean and the most affordable I found anywhere it's also where I go to take my daughter and my son because men and women are constantly in there feeling better about themselves as a mother on a budget this place has been a miracle for me. It is definitely a must go."
