"Our experience with FloorMasters was excellent. Luis Cepeda provided knowledgeable sales service. He asked us what we liked and didn't like about our current flooring. He showed us some floors that he thought that we might like & then he let us browse on our own. There was never any sales pressure despite our browsing on multiple occasions. The prices were great & they included the removal of the old flooring as well as new painted Shoe molding. Competitors were charging extra for that. The material was delivered a few days before the installation date. The installation team of Jeff & Garrett did an excellent job. They kept the dust & dirt during the rip out to a minimum. They were respectful of our home. They cleaned up each day. All of our appliances & furniture were moved without damage by using floor sliders. They were careful not to damage our walls while working. All of the angled floor cuts that Jeff & Garrett made were spot on. All of the Shoe molding was painted prior to being cut & installed. All of the nail holes were caulked & touched up. Jeff did nice returns on the Shoe Molding as well. We highly recommend FloorMasters!"

"I’ve been very happy with the service, professionalism and selection of Floormasters in Wildwood, FL. Louis was very helpful in answering my questions, telling me about my options, and installation procedures. He communicated well and is an expert in flooring. Cara is always professional, helpful, and very friendly. The installation team, although a little short on English, showed up on time, was eager to please, and knew their work well. They did a great job on my tile and carpet installation. I even had a more difficult job than usual as I wanted my tile line in a 180 degree curve bordering the carpet. It looks perfect. In addition, the installation quote was quite a bit less than the quotes I got from big box home improvement stores. I am very pleased and recommend them highly."

"Ordered and paid for backsplash in kitchen on June 9. Was told tiles were in stock and would be in the next week and installed the following week before June 28 when I had painters scheduled to come to paint interior of house. Wanted tiles up so they could paint around the tiles. Told Rep. I wanted existing 4” piece on counter top removed and new backsplash come all the way down to counter top. No problem. Someone came to measure. I told and showed him exactly what I wanted. No problem. Installers finally came on July 14 to do installation. First thing I was told was tiles could not come down to counter top. The existing 4” piece was screwed to the countertop and could not be removed without damaging counter top although I was charged for demolition of old, extra tiles and materials. I am supposed to get a overcharge refund. We will see. Second thing is the color of the tile is Crema. The edging trim or end cap looks black. Attached a picture. There was no demolition so the boss left and went to another job. The person left behind did a terrific job installing the tile. He had no drop cloths so I gave him one to protect counters. Should have given him one for the new floor. . He sat the ceramic cutter on the floor which I did not see where he was doing any damage so I didn’t say anything. Then buckets of water to sponge off grout. He sloshed water all over the floor going into seams of my new vinyl planking. When he said he was finished I saw all the water. I quickly went to get something to absorb and mop up the dirty water. He tried with the big sponge which made it worse. Told him it was ok and thanked him so I could try to clean the water up. Never will I use Floor Masters for anything again. Only reason they got a two was because the tile looks very good except for the trim piece color. Trim looks like I installed it myself."
