"Horrible experience I went there with my wife and my son to buy some things I needed, my son needed to use the restroom and the person there told us that the restroom is only for employees and I ask her to call her manager and politely ask her for us to use the restroom because my son need to use it and also refused to let us in. This is unacceptable. You can’t have a business running and open for the public and not letting the customers use the restroom I would never come back. I will be also be complaining to the Better Business Bureau because by law you need to have your customers able to use the restroom when ever they need it."

"Went to go to buy hair color. Store hours state to be until 7pm. Got there at 6:30pm and they wouldn’t let me in anymore saying they’re closed!! Been a Sally’s customer for years. Very unprofessional"
