"Had the owner come to my house to give me an estimate for a new kitchen. He took measurements and told me he was going to draw up a plan and send it to me with the cost. That was almost 2 months ago, still waiting. Never heard back from him. Very unprofessional!"

"Found Kitchenality on the Houzz website and they had really good reviews. So needless to say I had them come out to my home and give me an estimate for a kitchen and three bathroom remodels. I was really excited to get started and was given numerous brochures and phamlets to start picking out cabinets and various other finishes. After meeting with Katie I was informed I would be receiving an itemized estimate via email in approximately one week. The first week came and went and week two I called Katie to inquire about my estimate. After a phone call, text and voicemail I never heard back from Katie. It wasn't until I called their main office number and spoke with the owner that I was verbally given a ball park number for my estimate and was informed I would receive the itemized estimate in a few days. Well those few days came and went and I NEVER received my estimate even with follow up phone calls. Long story short DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I guess a kitchen remodel and three bathrooms must have been to small of a job for them."
