"This was our first visit to BergHOFF. The sales associate, Sylke, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was the only one in the store but was able to shift from one customer to another very efficiently as needed. We selected the Ouro Gold Stainless Steel set, a set of stainless steel utensils to use with it, an induction cook top and a Teflon coated griddle for pancakes and similar and a knife set. This is my first set of stainless steel cookware switching from all Teflon set for better health and cooking. I am impressed at how well these heat up evenly, are easy to clean and the handles stay cool enough eve for the pasta pot that was on the stove for a half hour. As a bonus the feel good in the hand, and look great. The knife set is super sharp and feels great in the hands. The set we bought is on a swivel stand and you can remove a small cutting board and all the steak knives come out as a set if you want to take the whole set to the table or Lanai. The induction cook top works great and is very easy to use. We also went to the liquidation shop next door and bought a couple items. This will be a place stop by every month or so to see what they have. Overall the products are great and buying direct was a better price than retailers or Amazon."

Choose to buy BergHOFF full price from Macy's or Bed Bath & Beyond...or you can pop by the factory store on state road 54 and buy practically anything you might want at a massively reduced price. The staff are amazing, very educational and helpful, so always feel free to ask for help. They would rather help you find the right thing, (or even nothing if they dont have what you need!!) than you buying the wrong thing! We have purchase many closing gifts for our clients from here, and everything has been very well received and has lasted for many years. Also be sure to check out the liquidation store next door for some excellent products at beyond phenomenal prices!! Yes they are wearing masks, have safety protocols and are open for in store shopping."
