"Big thank you to Zeth at Ultimate 3D Printing Store. I contacted them concerning a few questions I had. I am converting both of my Phrozen Shuffle XLs to Mono screens. He took the time to promptly return all my emails, answer all of my questions and even called me directly after a few rounds of emails. Unfortunately, they have been discontinued and only had one kit in stock, which I was totally bummed about. However, he took some extra time, looked around to see what he could find. He really went above and beyond. He ended up finding a customer returned kit that was uninstalled. He offered that kit to me at a discount, even though it was only missing a micro usb cable. I was really impressed with his blind willingness to take the time for a new customer. We really don't see this kind of customer service too much. I just wanted to let everyone know they are a top notch, very professional company. They will get my business again in the future. Update: Received my packages, and let me tell you it was packaged probably better than anything I've received in the mail. OEM packaging, and clear warning labels that in fact it was fragile. Zeth even followed up with me with another email about receiving the packages, which is also unheard of from 99% of the companies out there. I told him that in the future I am planning on purchasing a large format Modix BIG-180-XL printer and that I would be buying it from them instead of going through the manufacturer. Thanks Zeth!
