"Not impressed at all! Went in to buy 4 tires and rims. Went home and realized they installed the wrong tires. No apology at all. Had to bring the car back, they installed the correct tires, but they looked like garbage. My brand new tires and rims looked filthy with white stuff and grease all over them. When you buy something new, it should look new. I was truly just a number the first time and an inconvenience the second time. Won't make the same mistake twice. Lost my business. Update: After calling corporate to complain, the store manager called me and offered to reimburse me the installation fee. I have since changed my rating from one star to three stars."

"My wife had a screw in her tire, simple fix, expected to pay 20 bucks or so. Get there, guy looks at it, says simple fix no charge but they're busy and it'll be 2 1/2 hours. Saturday morning, I get it, no big deal and I'm happy there's no charge. We go to have breakfast and about 30 minutes after dropping it off my wife gets a call from them. Another guy says the lug nuts can't be reused and they only come in a kit for all 4 tires which costs $65. This is a complete lie. I know because I've taken them off replaced her brakes and used the exact same lug nuts, without any special tools. This place is why people don't trust mechanics. Last time I got tires for my truck, I went through them and it was $1000 for 4. We will go somewhere else next time these people are liars and scammers. I plugged the tire myself in 20 minutes."

"Got there right after work, I just wanted to fill my tires. They go low air due to temperature change. While I waited, three employees acknowledge me ( I ll be right with you Sr. ) this happen in the first 8 mints. After that nobody asking or came by to fall my tires. Wasted 17 mints. Left. Too bad I bought my tires there last nov. 2022. I will never go back. I m waiting for them to call me for rotation, ahhh we'll see how that goes."
