"A little over a weekend ago our Sprinter Van/RV was towed into this dealership after a tank of contaminated diesel fuel and shutting down on US 301 20 miles south of Gainesville. We were luckily assigned TJ Hazel as our service advisor. Over the course of the next 6 days, he diligently worked with us and kept us updated on the status of our repair. In the end, they had to replace the entire fuel system. He coordinated with the insurance company and made sure the appropriate parts needed were shipped over night. We didn’t have an appointment when our vehicle was towed in, but we were made to feel like we were his most important customer. Before I buy a vehicle, I want to make sure that dealership has a service department to back up their sales. As long as TJ Hazel is working at MB of Gainesville, I’d trust this dealer 100%."

"In the past I’ve always driven from Ocala to the Gainesville Mercedes-Benz dealership for routine service, but this time I decided to try the Mobile Service option for a Schedule A service on my 2022 GLC300. I’m glad I did! The technician, John Nichols, was prompt, extremely courteous and did an excellent job of inspecting and servicing my vehicle, with support from his well-equipped service van. The cool thing is that I was able to ask questions about my truck while he worked, rather than sit isolated in a waiting room. I will definitely be using John and this mobile service in the future and give my experience a solid 5 Stars!"
