"Where do I begin. The girls at the front desk are not professionals. Always on their personal cell phones. Elderly tried to come in the office in. Wheelchair. Office super small. Front desk gave her an attitude because she requested nicely to be helped so she could check in. Schedule appointment weeks in advanced, got called to re scheduled to be later told my appointment was canceled. They have no respect with your time. If you are late they will cancel your appointments but yet they will cancel on you without notice. Definitely I do not recommend."

"I do not recommend the laser hair removal. I bought 6 sections for armpit and bikini line and didn’t see much difference. The bought a new laser machine last Nov when I was starting my section and they were having trouble using it due to the lake of effectiveness. The manager never addressed my concerns in person and the doctor was not available. Very frustrating experience since all the communication was thorough in the laser hair removal assistance named Jennifer. Also, money is not refundable and hair removal is not guaranteed. Save you money and time."
