"Worst customer service, I was a customer from a long time, then they changed their technician. I didn’t like her as she was not good and I didn’t want to continue my laser treatment with her. I told them if someone they have some other technician I will finish the treatment which I already paid for. No body ever reached out to me. When I called them they said your treatment has expired and you cannot get a refund. I have had done multiple treatment with them in past, it’s just that technician wasn’t doing up to the levels considering what I got in past treatments. I would not recommend them."
"This place is impeccably clean and organized. The front staff is always friendly and Everytime I go there I don't wait more than 2 minutes before they call me in. They are super flexible and accommodating. Karina, the laser hair removal tech was always super nice, informative, and overall great at her job. She has great customer service skills and the whole team overall is great. I would return here because of the amazing service!"

They did my 3D facial scanner and offered me many treatments for my skin. They use the best machines on the market. For sure I will be back to do more treatments."
