"Wow that was easy! Freezing cold day, hate to get out of the truck! Went in and didn't see what we wanted. Went in the back and asked. There it was, they loaded it on a cat, we paid and drove around. They loaded it and we were off! Snug as bugs!"
"Was super happy to find this place because we are currently building our own vacation home. Need to purchase everything. Unfortunately when I went in to make a large flooring purchase I was scolded for putting a display piece of LVP on the floor to see it fully. The employee came over and literally scolded me for putting flooring on the floor. Not a piece for purchase. A display piece. I wish it didn't happen because I really need flooring but I'm not going to donate to his paycheck after that treatment. Luckily Home Depot is across the street, thats the only reason i gave BMO more than 1 star."
"Normally a nice place, but buyer beware! I specifically asked to have a certain cabinet that did not have a big hole in a weird spot. They brought that weird cabinet out to load into my truck. When I went back to say I had asked at checkout for the other cabinet without holes, they refused to swap it because they were closing and rudely told me I had to leave and they would not discuss the issue with me. That is not ok for a place that does 'no refunds or exchanges'. I had to come back to get the cabinet swapped out and, luckily, they still had the same size without the weird holes, even though the soonest I could possibly come back was three business days later. In the end, they did trade the cabinet with holes 'saved' for me, for other, nicer-looking cabinet. In summary, check that you have the correct item being brought out for loading before you leave the business. I would have appreciated being listened to during the first trip, instead of dismissed, and assured that the mistake would be corrected."
"I love this place, it has very affordable prices. They have all type of doors, exterior interior they have windows kitchen cabinets they even have flooring everything at a great price. Customer service is awesome people there are great."
"BMO was really nice. Super large warehouse areas, and plenty of inventory; new, used, and refurbished. Areas were separated and could easily find whatever you might be looking for.. parking was plentiful, and easy to get to, and easy to park at cargo bays and get assistance in loading.. would definitely return and do future business with this company."
