"I came in to have my car serviced and was told I’d have a loaner available- upon my arrival loaner wasn’t arranged and had to wait to see if one was available. Waited over 1/2 hr to find loaner was available. The dealership appearance is impressive, but I feel it’s more important to provide better individualized service for customers. I was a customer at Rallye Lexus in Long Island, NY- this dealership could use some lessons from them on great customer service! Upon my arrival I should have been offered the loaner immediately and all the paperwork should have been completed at the loaned office, instead of having me check in , then go to service rep, then spend time in main building and then need to be escorted to where my car was being serviced to retrieve my insurance card and then back to rep and then to loaner office and then to wait a few more minutes for loaner. I’m used to driving up, going into office and being walked to waiting loaner car."
