"Beware!!!! So I'm having a similar experience as a gentleman by the name of Lee Simpson. Only that I have been there 2 times (after initial installation) and this last time he didn't document me going their in the morning. Same issues as to dust and a massive amount of bubbles after the 5 days, I passed by and he told me to come in the morning which leads me to believe since the owner isn't their that's the employee's way of hiding his mistake. And leaving it undocumented but, they have security cameras. So this last time the employee told me to be there this past Friday (the day after thanksgiving). Upon me showing up employee told me he said Monday. I told him i was tired of the back and forth if he can't do the job right to give me a refund and remove the tints. So the job is done for the 2nd time (after initial installation), I'm currently waiting to see the outcome of these. One window looks like it maybe an issue but let's see. It's tiresome when your a working man and have to take out of your time, loose money and have to deal with an issue that shouldn't be an issue in the first place. I went to this place because of all the good reviews only to be disappointed at the quality of work and craftsmanship. Especially when the employee tried to lie and say he told me another day. When that Wednesday I told him if he couldn't do it within the next days I needed a refund. He even looked nervous because the owner was there. I will give it a chance and see what the outcome brings. I know somethings aren't completely perfect but when the corners of the windows are peeling up and there's dust bubbles all on the edge of the window it's unacceptable. If no resolve I will go to the owner for a refund."
