"What can I say? They took me. Took me by surprise. I gave “Yussi” a description of what i thought we needed. A couple of days later, a phone call. The next day? Pickup truck shows up. Yussi and two female assistants pop up, assemble the new bed (pretty quickly!), and leave for dinner. One kept checking the underlying frame with the full tape measure, making sure the alignment was perfect. Wow! Yussi said i had 30 days, possibly more. I am confident that, if any issue comes up, Sleepoy’s will stand by me. If not, I’ll certainly let everyone here know! Meanwhile, I believe the assistants definitely earned the nice tips I left them. They actually seemed surprised ... and very grateful. Looks like a great mattress. Definitely exceptional service!"

"I've recently moved to town, and needed to buy a new bed. Sleepoy's was recommended to me and when I called and explained what I was looking for, Mr. Slepoy was extremely patient and listened carefully to what I needed. I have certain medical conditions, and it was important I buy a mattress that addressed those needs. As I am somewhat homebound, it is difficult for me to go out to a showroom and actually try out different mattresses. It was therefore all the more important that I dealt with someone I could trust to sell me a mattress that was best for ME, and not just one that would bring in a nice profit. Mr. Slepoy patiently guided me through the at times confusing world of mattresses. He helped me finally choose one that was only half the price I was prepared to spend! It came exactly when he said it would and he personally delivered it and made sure it was correctly set up before leaving. He also reassured me he'd stand by his mattress if anything went wrong. I now have the bed for approximately three weeks. It feels as though I was sleeping on a cloud. Half my aches and pains are gone, my back no longer bothers me.
