"Modus miami put in our kitchen and closets in our new home. The kitchen cabinets were measured incorrectly leaving gaps and the white cabinets are all peeling and cracking. They left the walls damaged in the master closet and because full payment was required before delivery they have not answered our calls or emails since installation. Do NOT use this company if you want to have your kitchen done properly."
"We have been trying to communicate with your company regarding an installation you did for one of our clients at Continuum South Beach and it has been IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN ANSWER TO ANY OF OUR EMAILS. We have never had this kind of experience with a company. We cannot believe you are not responsible or reachable after an installation has been done and the kitchen appliances are not even working.
