"I have had to bring three different vehicles here. They worked on my son's Jeep a few years ago and the service was great and price was reasonable. Last year, I brought in my daughter's Hyundai for what I thought was a transmission problem. Hamilton took it for a test drive with me and said her car was running great and no service was needed, and also recommended an extended warranty company in case anything should go wrong in the future. No charge. We brought my son's F150 here for a transmission problem. No appointment, we just showed up one morning. Hamilton looked at his truck and spoke with the extended warranty company. He called us back and said that the problem will be covered by Ford but I had to take it to a Ford dealership. No charge. So I just want to thank Hamilton for his time and honesty. If I do need any type of service in the future, I will definitely be coming back here."

My husband’s rear differential needed replaced and he got us set up and out the door as fast as possible. Even coordinating over the holidays wasn’t a headache! Quality work as well, the truck is back to feeling brand new. I will add— as a woman he made me feel respected and heard. I had to do most of the coordinating and he was very communicative!
