"The guy George couldn’t care less about one’s satisfaction after getting your business/money. I recently went there to purchase just a bed (mattress, box and bedframe) George only showed me one style & was very dismissive to any further interactions. I’m not sure if the guy was racist or solely about business & nothing else, but he made me feel as if he didn’t want to hear about my experience of any kind… he just wanted my money & me out of his store immediately after our business transaction. Oddly enough, when the alleged “new” bed arrived there was an obvious rip in it as well as countless amount of strings from the stitches of the mattress sticking out everywhere (I took pictures as well as a video). When I called back the same day as well as the following day and left detailed messages I received no courtesy callback whatsoever."

"I am VERY pleased with my experience here. I have been here twice and this will be my go-to place from now on because the owner is awesome! The first time I came here, I found this place on google and needed a mattress fast because I just moved into my apartment in Sunny Isles. I ended up buying a Cali King, Dresser and Nightstand because of the great customer service, great quality, and fast same day delivery. Umm.. and the great price of course!!!! Fast forward two years, my husband and I moved to Coral Springs and need a king mattress for the spare bedroom. We visited so many places nearby and nothing compared. His guy's loaded up the mattress on top of the cargo van in less than 10 minutes and we brought it home without any issues.
