The person at the counter was kind and helpful but unfortunately they did not have the computer working and again the person at the counter was apologetic about this. These guys work really hard and they just need to have the proper support from corporate to be able to do their jobs effectively and efficiently."

"Thank you having a knowledgeable and competent person yesterday October 10, 2020 when I needed a diagnostic starter test performed on my starter. I drove to numerous advance auto parts and discount autopart stores and called several of them. They either had a "broken" device or didn't know how to use the diagnostic device.
