"Furniture arrive good , some small imperfections for such expensive pieces. My low stars is mainly delivery service since it wasn’t great. They didn’t have booties for their dirty shoes so I had to provide them some and also they didn’t understand the concept of them because after they brought furniture in they took them off inside the house when the point of them is to not drag your dirty shoes around my home. Also they weren’t friendly but were fresh enough ask for water and bathroom. Also guy forgot to take pictures came back and ask me to take picture for him. Just not professional."

"I've been designing with IH for over a year now and I've always had an amazing experience. As an interior designer of 8 years, I've loved working with the showroom manager, Cassie, who is super helpful and quick to respond to all of my inquiries. The entire team is very knowledable about their product, materiality, and maintenance and care as well as current stock and inventory. Their team works closely with you throughout the entire ordering process to ensure all orders are managed correctly and documentation is thorough. Happy to have IH as a vendor I can count on and would absoltutley recommend them to other designers, no matter the order size."

"I've worked with Interlude for over 6 years as a designer specifying their pieces. I love their product and I was very happy with their customer support in the past. I opened my design firm and started an account with them...and let me tell you it has been a very bad experience...they were very different when I had an account with a lot of volume of orders and I can tell. my receiving warehouse received the pieces and because they asked for someones name they automatically took that as a signature (their policy says when it is signed) and means that we accepted all the visible damages. however due to the receiving warehouse being so busy they do not inspect each individual box at the moment of delivery...they do it during the 72 hour window. because they did not note it on the slip they waived any responsibility on these items and I am stuck with completely damaged items that I have to eat the cost of. if you are looking for a team that has your back and a vendor that is there for you no matter the volume of your sales...I do not recommend them. even the more affordable vendors are more willing to help...I called their freight company directly they were willing to go ahead with the claim they never even attempted to do it in the 72 hour window. as you can see by their lovely response....they will do anything to wash their hands and not help...as I mentioned...sure there is a policy but it is not black and white....it says requires signature...no signature was given.....report non visible damages between th 72 hours which we did but because there were visible damages they are waiving everything else in their policy. maybe they need to rewrite it so it is not open to interpretation. by the way....I don't know how these companies expect everyone to know their policies by heart.they were not even willing to extend a discount to reorder the pieces or any kind of resolution. if you are looking for a team that supports you this is not it."
