"I have had a spiked tire damaged by the sidewall, which required replacement. I have come to the Good Year tire shop at 7902 NW 36th Street, and Napo serviced my car. Excellent job and great customer service. He had removed the spare tire and replaced the damaged tire with a newer one; he even shared with me additional maintenance tips for the tires after all service was done. Napo is super friendly and customer-oriented worker. Fernando at the front desk is also super attentive and diligent in attending to customers. It was a great experience to solve my problem at the Good Year on 7902 NW 36th Street."

Going to car dealerships and mechanics can be very intimidating, however, Mr. Robert was amazing at answering all my questions and getting my car fixed very fast.
