"I took my car for quote on fixing a broken tail light. I was immediately assisted by Abo. He could not have been nicer, kinder, more attentive, and professional! Abo is so honest that he even recommended I find the part in the internet for a better price than what he could secure and that he would work with me on labor cost. Once I found the part, I called Doral Elite to make an appointment Yorvan was very courteous and told me there was no need for an appointment, to head on down and that they would immediately help me, I was a bit apprehensive as my experience with other body shops has been negative and slow. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Lisbeth in a very professional manner. Another lady came from the back also provided me a very welcoming greeting and offered to get Abo for me. Abo immediately verified the part was the correct one and proceeded to get one of the mechanics to install it. He noticed that some of the paint was also scratched and proceeded to fix it at no cost as I had shared I was about to return lease back to dealership .
