"We are from Esteban's Place Beach Management and we would​ strongly recommend not buying from this company. We have had an unpleasant experience in the time we have worked with them. We purchased our lounge chairs from this company and they are very poor quality, the brackets of the chairs are breaking constantly, and we have the need to replace them and pay $200+ every 6 months at least. These chairs have less than 2 years of use, and the company does not take ANY responsibility for their damage products. We have sent them emails stating that these brackets keep breaking every once in a while and we get no resolution for this problem, instead, we have to keep spending money with this company every few months in order replace the broken brackets and fix the chairs. I strongly suggest looking for an alternative company with good quality products."

"I would strongly recommend against buying anything from this company. They will not stand behind their products. I purchased 4 Adagio Chaise Lounges – sold expressly as “outdoor furniture” – for a total price of close to $2000. The salesman (Albert, who is no longer at the company) and I had several calls and exchanged numerous emails, during which I informed him repeatedly that the chairs were to be used on outdoor decks at a beach house on the oceanfront in Delaware. In less than a year, the finish began coming off in patches. Even worse, all 4 chairs had one of the aluminum support tubes expand and burst. I’ve attached a picture of one of these tubes that shows the damage. In every case, it was the leftside middle vertical support tube that burst; there was no expansion whatsoever on any of the other 10 or so tubes on each of the chairs. Clearly, there was something wrong with the leftside middle tubes that wasn’t present with the other approximately 40 tubes. I contacted Medallion, spoke w/Mr. Gass, described the damage, and sent him pictures of the defective tubes and the finish issues. His response was, in a word, outrageous. He suggested that I should have rinsed the chairs off every day with fresh water, something the salesman never mentioned. In fact, the salesman never mentioned rinsing at all. And regarding the burst tubes, he claimed that there was “moisture” in the tubes that had caused them to burst because I had left them outdoors during below freezing weather. I told Mr. Gass that the salesman understood perfectly well that the chairs were going to be outside on the oceanfront in Delaware and might therefore be out in below freezing weather. Mr. Gass said that we should have taken the chairs inside “when not in use”. He did not explain how these chairs could be sold as “outdoor furniture” when they have to be taken in when not in use. Nor did Mr. Gass offer any explanation as to how “moisture” got into the tubes in the first place, or why only the 4 leftside middle vertical tubes had this problem and not the other 40 tubes in the chairs. As I pointed out to him, both of these factors showed there was a manufacturing defect in the 4 damaged tubes in this batch of chairs, and I was therefore entitled to coverage under the 3 year warranty against such defects that the chairs were sold with. But all he offered was to “refinish” the chairs, and would only do that if I was willing to incur the substantial expense and hassle of boxing up and shipping these extremely heavy and bulky items back to Medallion from Delaware, and to further reimburse Medallion for the cost of returning them to me. I’m sure he was very confident in making that “offer” that I would find it unacceptable, but that was all he would do. He would do nothing to remedy the problem with the burst tubes. He wouldn’t take any responsibility for his salesman’s failure to mention at all the need to rinse the chairs with freshwater on a daily basis, or the fact that this so-called “outdoor furniture” could not survive freezing weather and, in fact, had to be taken inside when not in use. In short, Medallion sold me very expensive items that weren’t fit for the use they knew the items would be put to, and refused to stand behind those items when they proved to be seriously defective. My strong recommendation is to stay away from this company."
