"The service we received from Francisco Gutierrez and Mr Nelson was superb. We had to change hotels and therefore pick up location and they did it with out any problems or extra fees. "Francisco and all of our drivers were professional and friendly. We arranged pickup from airport, to hotel, to cruise port, back to hotel. We even changed the trip from cruise to airport on the last day since our flight was not until later. FG hung onto our bags for us and was very helpful in changing our itinerary and recommending a place to kill time waiting for our flight. Highly recommended. Every van had multiple car seats just in case. Great experience!"
"Great service and prices. We were looking for transportation from our hotel to the cruise port and return and came across FG Car Services. They offered private transfers in new and well kept vehicles and brought a car seat for my two year old for free! They were very prompt and called us to confirm times and locations. "Let me start by saying this company is great and they take care of you. My Family and I flew into Fort Lauderdale for a Cruise out of Miami during the time Hurricane Isaac was passing through and they . The owner Francisco is a great guy he was in communication with me during the whole experience giving me updates on the weather and the cruise delay status assuring me that they would be there when ever we feel comfortable to be picked up and when the cruise was over they were outside the port terminal waiting for me.
