"The experience from the beginning to the end was a disaster. My husband and I thought we are in comedy show. The employees are so incompetent. Most of them don’t speak basic English. The manager is a joke. California guy was pushing the membrane on the speaker trying to turn on and when I told him that the customer service is very bad he tried to tell me that everything in Florida is bad because of De Santis. I came to the store and please leave your comments in California mister!!!!! The order was scheduled for pick up at this location but of course wasn’t there so 3 stooges tried to work on my order. We end up canceling the order! I have more to tell regarding the whole experience but I will have to stay and write all day. Please stay away from this morons and honestly whoever owns this chain store please God may help him!"
