"i know him for long time now i got really disappoint. bad customer services. unfortunate he charge me $321.00 for a AC repair for my Jeep.. he didn't do nothing my jeep still with no AC i took it back and he treat me like a garbage. he stole me my money.. its sad but i got it let everyone know. he just care about he's motorcycle and traveling the word but he not taking care of customer.. no start for him.. sorry I learn that Firestone is a great customer service they fix it one time and is done... Jeffry never want to take the check engine light off my jeep.. i took it to Firestone and the light never came on aging sorry i'm very disappoint that he stole my money and he don't care about a customer.. never call no care.."
