"BAD, BAD, BAD costumer service. Not happy at all. I wish I could give them negative point. They are just not honest people, we went to the outlets and the salesperson name Melisa came to help us and after our agreement on dining table set and spent a lot of our time because she calculated the wrong price and .... Than she told us you know what???? We just sold this to another person. And that is impossible because it was an outlet items and we were only the one in store. DO NOT trust them. We just wasted our afternoon."

I purchased a large dining table in walnut and didn't have a chance to check out the extension while the apartment was being renovated so months and months later when I did and saw the wood on the extension didn't match, I called to see what could be done. They responded immediately and very quickly brought over two choices to match the table. I feel very grateful for this support. I would buy from them anytime."

"I was surprised to find such friendly service in a high-end furniture store. I don't like being bothered when I shop around, but I also like to be acknowledged. I was not bombarded when I walked in and had time to look around before I was offered assistance, which was followed by "coffee?". I couldn't resist. I sat with this lady that had a lot of knowledge of this overwhelming list of products. She was able to narrow down the options for me and I found the perfect bedroom set for my home. Because I fell in love with this set, I did not mind the wait (4-5 months!!). It was what I wanted, the color, the size, the height, everything. I strongly suggest you call in and make an appointment before coming in because it is time consuming, if you're serious about investing in good+ quality furniture, this is the place to go.
