"Buyers beware pay close attention to what you buy from Natuzzi. Whatever you buy make sure it’s on the floor and tue dimensions are correct. We spent over 13k on a couch and a recliner and the dimensions are incorrect on the couch. The only way they justified for measurements was by disconnecting the couch and pulling it apart then measuring it. Their product is overrated and not worth the money not to mention it takes forever to get your product. Never again will I buy from Natuzzi!!!"

"Very good product, but post sale support and customer service is quite lacking, at least from our salesperson in Boca. Huge contrast with experience of friends who bought from the Natuzzi store in NJ. I would suggest only dealing with Carlos if you use the Boca store."
