"The Home Depot at the university had no managers to help customers as we requested for an exchange. The cashier said could not exchange for store credit because it was past the 60 days, I guess it’s to Lowe’s next time we shop! I also know this review means nothing to them because it’s no longer about customer service it’s more about keeping your hard earned money!"

"We went to purchased a grill Melissa R in the garden department was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us find our grill and outside lighting. Walked us to checkout and ensured we had help to load onto our vehicle."

"Good luck trying to find an associate to help you spend your money there. I hear Lowes is even worst though. Under my watch or any good, efficient, dedicated and reliable management watch. This would never happen. I cannot imagine the amount of money that is lost when customers visit this store to find material for their projects and cannot find any help and just walk out and go somewhere else to spend their hard earned money."

"I'm giving 2 stars because I do like the store, but last night's experience was surprising. When I went to visit the store, I saw a few Christmas items I was interested in purchasing. There was one particular item that was 50% off clearance, bit was heavily scuffed/damaged. There were similar styles of the same brand that were all the same clearance price. As a manager myself in a retail store, I went to Customer Service and ask to speak to the manager to see if I can get an additional discount. As the manager "Dale" approached, I asked if there was a possibility of I've taken a little off and before I could show him the damage of the item, he said, "No additional discounts on the merchandise!" and walked away as if to brushed me off. That may be the policy, but he didn't even bother looking at the item to see what I was referring to. I find him very unprofessional and rude. The Christmas item was on clearance for $20, I would have been happy with 10% off additional. It almost seemed like I was taken up too much of this time asking."

"We went to this Home Depot location to make two duplicates of a key, and their kiosk machine literally does take one minute each to copy a key. Therefore it took two minutes to make two duplicates. I asked an employee how long they've had their key copying kiosk, and they said since around early 2020. Overall the store had its usual hardware scent and atmosphere. Lines were busy, but we used self-checkout and it was an efficient, smooth process."
